Our Quality Charter: the principles of a good cohabitation and everyone's commitment!
Our Quality Charter has been updated since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. It sets out the rights and duties of the people we host and those offering accommodation. It is based on the principles of mutual tolerance and respect for others and thus facilitates successful family immersion. We have also developed a Covid-19 protocol which we update regularly in accordance with the guidelines given by the French Government.

If you live in Paris and wish to host foreigners in your home, here are the steps to follow:
- Be in accordance with the principles that define our Quality Charter
- Offer quality accommodation, providing the best comfort
- Live in Paris or its surrounding suburbs, close to a metro station
